What does using Early Pricing mean for me?

By using earlypricing.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site. Early Pricing is run from the United States by the Early Pricing Editorial Team.

What does the site offer?

Buying guides and product listings for tools, home and kitchen products, provided for information only. Nothing here is professional advice. If a decision involves safety, electrical or gas work, health, legal matters or money, ask a qualified professional. Our Disclaimer goes into this further.

How do affiliate links and purchases fit in?

Early Pricing may earn commissions on qualifying Amazon purchases made through its links; see the Affiliate Disclosure. We don’t sell products. If you buy, you do so on a third-party store under that store’s terms, and orders, shipping, returns and warranties are between you and the store or manufacturer.

Do you guarantee the prices and availability shown?

No. These change without notice, and we can’t promise that a price or stock status on our pages is current. Confirm both on the store’s page.

Who owns the content?

The content published on Early Pricing belongs to Early Pricing. You are welcome to read it and to use it in a limited way for yourself, such as saving a page for later. Republishing, reselling or commercial use needs our permission.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email legal@earlypricing.com with enough detail for us to identify the material and where it appears.

What is not allowed?

Please use the site in good faith. Don’t:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers
  • run automated tools that strain the site for other readers
  • distribute malware or send spam through our contact channels
  • claim to speak for Early Pricing or pose as someone else

What about third-party websites?

We link to them for your convenience. They are not ours, and we don’t control or endorse their content or practices. Their own terms govern your use of them.

Is there any warranty on the site?

No. It is offered “as is” and “as available.” To the greatest extent the law allows, Early Pricing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

How far does Early Pricing’s liability go?

To the extent the law permits, Early Pricing and its editorial team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for losses linked to your use of the site or your reliance on its content, such as purchases made or projects undertaken. In places where such limits are restricted, they apply only as far as allowed.

Do I have any obligations if a claim arises?

Yes. You agree to indemnify Early Pricing against claims, damages and reasonable costs resulting from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Which law applies?

The laws of the United States.

Can the terms be revised?

They can. We will change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

How do I reach you about the terms?

Email contact@earlypricing.com or use the Contact Us page.
