Are corrections welcome?
Absolutely. Out-of-date prices, wrong specs and dead links all count. Send the page address and what looks wrong to the editorial address. Our Corrections Policy shows what happens next.
When can I expect an answer?
The Early Pricing Editorial Team replies as quickly as it can.
Can you help with an order?
We would like to, but we can’t. Early Pricing doesn’t sell products, so we have no access to orders and can’t arrange shipping, refunds or returns. Please take those questions to the store where you bought the item.
What makes a message easy to answer?
Being specific helps. Name the guide you were reading, the product you have in mind and what you would like us to do. If you are reporting an error, a link to the manufacturer’s page is a big help. For a privacy request, say whether you want to see, correct or delete something. For a copyright notice, check our Terms of Service and write to the legal address.
